ELCA Day of Service - 9/8

Thank you to our AMAZING volunteers today! Trinity Lutheran Church recruited volunteers for their ELCA Day of Service. This is the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America's (ELCA) annual day of service, “God's work. Our hands.” that aims to celebrate the ELCA's identity as a church that serves and loves its neighbor. We are so thankful that they chose to help The Arc of Midland this year as a neighbor to serve!

The group helped us beautify our outdoors, bake cookies, package awareness pieces, transform a piece of community art, and restock our Need, Read, Feed pantries. We love having awesome volunteer groups like this, and they made a big impact on not only The Arc of Midland but also the people we serve. Thank you volunteers!
