Safety First - 4/9
In the third meeting of our fire safety series, we had an exciting visit to the local fire station, which was a huge hit! Retired firefighter and Arc of Midland Board Member CJ Mikkelsen organized the event. Students were guided through the station while discussing details about equipment, and also had the ability to sit in the fire truck! This hands-on experience gave us a real-life perspective on fire safety and the crucial role of firefighters in our community. Thank you to all of those who helped make this fire series of safety classes possible!
